Privacy Policy
This page explains what data babybumpkit collects, what it doesn't, and the rights you have over your information. We've tried to keep it short and free of legalese — if anything is unclear, email us at hello@babybumpkit.com.
What we collect
Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The dates you enter are never sent to our servers and we have no way to read them. We do not operate user accounts, newsletters, or any database that stores personal information.
Like every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) and our DNS / CDN provider (Cloudflare) may receive standard server logs containing your IP address, browser type, and the page you visited. These logs are retained briefly for security and reliability purposes.
Cookies and analytics
At launch, babybumpkit does not use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or any third-party analytics or tracking. The site sets no first-party cookies of its own.
We may add Google Search Console (which uses no cookies on visitors) in the future, and we plan to add Google AdSense once the site is approved. AdSense uses cookies to serve ads; when that happens, this page will be updated and EU/UK visitors will see a consent banner before any ad cookies are set. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Advertising (when enabled)
Once Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visit. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA / CPRA (California), you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we do not store personal data, most of these rights apply only to log records held by our hosting provider, which are deleted on a rolling basis.
To make a privacy request, email hello@babybumpkit.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
Children's privacy
babybumpkit is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK).
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change — for example, when AdSense or analytics is added. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.
